About me.
My love for stories has been with me since childhood. Growing up abroad and moving frequently exposed me to new cultures and perspectives early on. Listening became one of my most valuable skills – observing how people tell their stories, what they share, and what remains unspoken.
Today, stories are at the heart of my work as a coach and consultant. They are a mirror of our identity, our relationships, and our view of the world. By exploring your stories together, we shed light on patterns, dynamics, and untapped possibilities.
My goal is to help you rewrite your story – a story that empowers you, provides direction, and opens up space for growth.

My early years were spent in Spain and Malaysia, which had a profound influence on my formative years. This period was marked by constant adaptations to new cultures and realities. The years spent in Malaysia, in particular, are still vivid in my memory – the colorful interplay of different cultures, religions, languages, and the bustling energy of Kuala Lumpur. I absorbed everything, observed, and immersed myself in new worlds.
The move to Germany at the age of 12 was a true culture shock. Despite holding a German passport, much felt unfamiliar, and it was challenging to fit into the "boxes" that typically emerge during adolescence. This upheaval was a burden for the entire family and marked a turning point in my biography.
When I decided to move out on my own at the age of 16, I began taking charge of my life. These many changes motivated me to study business law – I wanted to influence companies and make a difference. To this day, this is one of my central driving forces.
Despite my career in the legal and strategic field, my fascination with people’s stories and realities remained. It was this curiosity that ultimately led me to pursue training as a systemic coach and later as a systemic consultant. I wanted to learn how to help people understand and reshape their own stories.
Today, I am grateful for the many different chapters of my biography, and I am excited to see what the next chapters will bring!
