It’s about consciously engaging in dialogue with your inner self and taking the reins of your story.   • Focus on tech companies and intercultural work environments

  • Specialization in leadership development and organizational change – supporting leaders and teams through transformation and personal development

  • Systemic coaching and consulting – Certified training as a Systemic Coach (DBVC) and Systemic Consultant (SG)

  • Academic background in business law – LL.M. and LL.B. in Business Law, with in-depth expertise in legal and strategic business processes
